The EMS office opens on Thursday afternoons, 1:00 – 5:00 pm during term time, for Instrument Hires and Returns.
ATTENDANCE IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please CLICK HERE to make an appointment.
The EMS team are available online Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm during term time.

Students living and/or attending school in the Ealing borough are able to hire from us.
We offer a wide selection of instruments for hire including the following;
Bassoon, Cello, Clarinet, Cornet, Djembe, Double Bass, Flute, French Horn, Oboe, Santoor, Saxophone (Alto), Sitar, Tabla, Trombone, Trumpet, Viola, Violin.
We DO NOT hire Guitars, Recorders, Ukuleles or Keyboards. Note: it is not cost effective to hire Guitars, Recorders or Ukuleles – it is cheaper to buy these outright.
Hires are charged per academic term as follows:
