SESSIONAL INSTRUMENT and VOICE TEACHERS

 Guitar/Ukulele, Cello/Bass, Percussion (Drum Kit/Djembe), Violin/Viola, Voice & General Musicianship

Salary range: £28.20 – £33.41 per hour

Location: Various schools within the London Borough of Ealing

Peripatetic role, depending on Service Level Agreement with Schools

Required from: September 2021

Ealing Music Partnership wishes to add to our rosta recruit experienced and enthusiastic instrumental and vocal teachers to support growing work opportunities within the diverse range of schools in Ealing.

EMS provides high-quality music learning for all children and young people through a variety of programmes and instruments including; Whole Class Ensemble Tuition, Individual and Small Group Instrumental Tuition, Ensembles and Choirs.

Applicants must be able to travel to and from schools, plan, prepare and deliver exciting innovative lessons which inspire and motivate children to progress musically.

The position may also involve assisting with performances and borough-wide concerts from time to time. In-service training and support will be provided by the EMS Leadership Team.

In the short term we are looking for teachers who can provide ½ -2 tuition days a week with a view to taking on additional work in future. Accordingly please indicate on your application form your availability (mornings/afternoon, days of the week, etc. to teach with EMS.
